Verify quantities, specifications, pricing, taxes, delivery timelines and commercial terms.
Send proposals to clients and maintain proper records.
Follow up systematically until the proposal is approved, revised or closed.

Maintain updated records of revisions and client approvals.
Production Cordination:
Communicate confirmed requirements, drawings, finishes, quantities and deadlines to the production team.
Follow up with the person responsible for production and collect regular status updates.
Maintain project-wise production trackers.
Coordinate product inspections, packing, dispatch and installation schedules.
Ensure that client commitments are correctly communicated to the production team.
Purchase and Vendor Cordination:
Prepare and release purchase orders after receiving the required internal approval.
Obtain quotations and delivery commitments from approved vendors.
Follow up on materials, components and outsourced work.
Coordinate with the production team to confirm material requirements and priorities.
Check received quantities against purchase orders and supplier invoices.
Maintain vendor, purchase order and material delivery records.
Flag price changes, quality problems and supply delays to management.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain enquiry, quotation, order, production and purchase trackers.
Share daily priority updates and a weekly status report.
Keep client, project and vendor documents properly organised.
Coordinate with accounts for invoices, payment follow-ups and vendor documentation when required.
Required Skills:
2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, procurement or operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in speaking with architects, clients, vendors and production workers.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to prepare professional quotations, proposals and emails.
Strong follow-up and task-management ability.
Comfortable understanding product dimensions, materials, finishes and basic technical drawings.

You may be a good fit if you are organised, commercially aware and comfortable taking responsibility for getting work completed. You should be able to follow details without losing sight of timelines and customer commitments.
