• Support or perform EHS sampling as instructed by Technical Supervisor/Manager including Field, Monitoring and Marine services.
• Monitor daily performance and investigate any problems in terms of manpower planning and quality of sampling.
• Assist in the correct execution of projects
• Schedule manpower for project execution
• Follow up with laboratories to receive results on time
• Prepare draft report
• Frequently obtain, update, and maintain standard operating procedures
• Provide explanations of technical or operational issues to clients as needed
• Coordinate/liaise with clients on any operational problems.
• Conduct research on new standard/ new regulations/ new application and present it to the team for update
• Perform EHS Audit/Assessment including Desktop review & Site inspection• Conduct research on new standard application and present it to the team for update
• Ensure all operations comply with client and industry health and safety regulations, and that surveyors are properly equipped for their tasks.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures, laws, and global guidelines to deliver the highest quality service.
• Ensure that all operations are conducted within client and recognized industry health and safety regulations and surveyors are equipped for the tasks.
• Ensure that the Corrective Actions Report /Safety Incident Report are implemented accordingly with copies filed with QA Executive.
• To recognize that the Department Quality System is fully implemented as per the QA Manual.
• Co-ordinate with Laboratory Co-coordinators for quality testing and client’s requirements
• Obtain client’s feedback regularly with a view for further improvements.
• Other tasks requested by Technical Supervisor and SBU Manager
• College or Bachelor's degree in Environmental engineering or Maritime engineering or related disciplines.
• Fluent English (TOEIC 600 or equivelent as minimum).
• Engineer/Technical/ Consultant or similar roles with minimum of 6 months experience (Open for freshers)
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
