Role Description The Maths Faculty role is a part-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The faculty member will plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for NDA/CDS entrance exam, design practice exercises and assessments, and clarify core concepts across relevant competitive exam curricula. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching small or medium-sized groups, providing individual doubt-clearing sessions, and tracking learner progress. The role also involves collaborating with the mentoring team to align math instruction with the organization’s broader focus on analytical thinking, discipline, and confidence building, and providing feedback to improve learning materials and teaching methods.
Qualifications:
Strong foundation in core mathematics concepts and problem-solving, with the ability to explain topics clearly across different learner levels.
Experience in classroom teaching, tutoring, or coaching for school curricula or competitive examinations in mathematics.
Ability to design structured lesson plans, practice sets, and assessments that build conceptual understanding and exam readiness.
Effective communication and mentoring skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and guide diverse learners.
Comfort working in a disciplined, performance-focused environment aligned with leadership training and personality development.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Education, or a related quantitative field.
Familiarity with modern teaching aids and basic digital tools for creating and sharing learning content.
Prior experience in coaching for SSB, defense exams, or aptitude tests is an advantage but not mandatory.
