Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Articled Assistant under the Chartered Accountants Regulation 1988 based in Bengaluru. The Articled Assistant will support the firm’s professional team in a wide range of assignments, including statutory audits, preparation of financial statements, tax compliance, and other accounting and assurance services.
The role involves assisting in the execution of audit procedures, maintaining financial records, preparing working papers, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements. The Articled Assistant will also contribute to various engagements related to taxation, financial reporting, and advisory services.
Working closely with experienced professionals, the candidate will gain practical exposure to diverse client engagements and industry practices. This position offers a strong learning environment, enabling the Articled Assistant to develop technical knowledge, professional skills, and a solid foundation in accounting, auditing, and taxation.
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
· Candidates eligible to be enrolled as Articled Assistants under the Chartered Accountants Regulations,1988.
· Must have successfully cleared the CA Intermediate Examination
🔹 Key Skills & Responsibilities
· Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and maintenance of financial records.
· Foundational knowledge of taxation, regulatory compliance, and tax return preparation.
· Ability to assist in statutory audits and other assurance assignments.
· Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools, including spreadsheets.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
· Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
· Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working collaboratively in a structured on-site environment
