Role Summary
This role is within GOAT Agency, a leading brand within WPP Media, where you will be instrumental in driving the development of content/influencer marketing business as a form of service or product for clients as well as a tool to support the growth of digital business for WPP Media agencies.
Responsibilities of the role:
Campaign Delivery
Assume ownership of on time, in full delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring SLA followed by clients
Liaising with KOL Planning executive to understand the approved KOL content plan
Liaise with KOL to discuss KOL briefing, collaborating with creator to enrich KOL idea and ensure each creator abides by approved KOL content plan, pricing, SOW and timelines
Liaise directly with KOL to ensure right pricing and performance calculation
Expand the brand’s inventory by identifying new KOL names relevant to the brand’s campaign objectives
KOL profile vetting and brand safety check, ensuring 100% brand safe and KOL profile vetted for all campaigns
Liaise with Trading lead to determine effectiveness of cost / cost benchmark
Develop KOL performance sheet once KOL has posted all content
Campaign Management
Monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly campaign performance, updating campaign performance report regularly
Monitor daily creator content, if implementation is following aligned and approved KOL brief
Ensuring creator content is posted aligned with approved KOL brief
Liaise with client on KOL content approval, driving quality checks on details following brief and client directions
Relationship Management
Build Relationships with influencers to ensure smooth workflow and brand relationship
Update GOAT database on performance/campaign benchmarks
Liaise with Trading lead to determine effectiveness of cost / cost benchmark
Monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly campaign performance, updating campaign performance report as needed
Update GOAT database on performance/campaign benchmarks
Update campaign tracking performance sheet and submit on a daily / weekly basis
