Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Frontend Developer with around 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI design, responsive web development, and the ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, functional web interfaces.
You will work closely with designers, developers, and other teams to create modern, responsive, and user-friendly web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
Convert Figma/UI designs into responsive and pixel-perfect web pages.
Ensure websites work consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Create clean, maintainable, and reusable frontend code.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to understand design requirements and implement them accurately.
Make UI improvements based on usability, accessibility, and user experience requirements.
Optimize web pages for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Identify and fix UI, layout, and responsiveness issues.
Maintain consistency in design systems, typography, spacing, colors, and reusable components.
Stay updated with modern UI/UX and frontend development practices.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
Good knowledge of Figma or familiarity with other UI/UX design tools.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
Good knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals.
Experience converting Figma designs into responsive websites.
Good understanding of Responsive Web Design principles.
Understanding of browser compatibility and cross-device UI behavior.
Good attention to detail and visual accuracy.
Ability to understand design specifications and translate them into functional interfaces.
Good to Have
Knowledge of Vue.js will be an advantage.
Familiarity with component-based frontend development.
Basic understanding of frontend performance optimization.
Understanding of accessibility and web usability principles.
Experience working with design systems or reusable UI components.
