Role Description The Geographic Information Systems Analyst will work full time on-site in Delhi, India, supporting construction and infrastructure projects with accurate spatial data and analysis. Daily responsibilities include managing GIS datasets, preparing maps and spatial visualizations, and performing GIS analysis to support planning, design, and decision-making. The role involves working with various GIS applications, integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring data quality and consistency across project teams. The analyst will collaborate with engineers, planners, and project managers to provide analytical insights, produce reports, and maintain GIS documentation and standards. The position also includes troubleshooting GIS-related issues, optimizing workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of spatial data processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and GIS Analysis.
Candidates should possess experience with GIS Applications and related software tools.
Candidates should possess solid Data Management skills for organizing, updating, and validating spatial datasets.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting spatial data and supporting data-driven decisions.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in geography, geomatics, civil engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with construction or infrastructure projects are beneficial.
Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present spatial findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
