Role Description The Assistant Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Assistant Architect will support senior architects in concept development, architectural design, and preparation of drawings and documentation for ongoing projects. Daily tasks include producing and revising design layouts, coordinating with consultants, helping integrate technical and design requirements, and assisting with project schedules and documentation. The role also involves participating in design reviews, ensuring alignment with project standards, and contributing to the smooth execution of projects from initial planning to completion.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development and detailed design work.
Knowledge of Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools, BIM/CAD platforms, or digital workflows used in architecture.
Ability to assist in Project Management activities, including coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and basic familiarity with visualization tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with eligibility to pursue professional licensure as per local regulations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in an office setting.
Understanding of building codes, materials, and construction processes; prior internship or professional experience is an advantage.
