JOB DESCRIPTION - UI/UX DESIGN INTERN
Location: Sector V, Salt Lake
Employment type: Internship
About the Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Design Intern with a strong understanding of design fundamentals and a good
aesthetic sense. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on digital interfaces while also having
an interest in broader visual design.
You will work closely with the design team on website design, UI/UX projects, and regular graphic design
requirements, gaining hands-on experience across both digital and visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
•Assist in designing websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces.
•Create wireframes, layouts, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
•Contribute to improving user experience, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and overall interface
aesthetics.
•Assist with regular graphic design requirements such as social media creatives, presentations,
marketing collaterals, and other design assets.
•Work on design adaptations and variations while maintaining visual consistency.
•Collaborate with the design team to understand briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
•Research current design trends and digital design references to contribute fresh ideas.
Requirements
•Strong understanding of design fundamentals, composition, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
•Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
•Good working knowledge of Figma.
•Basic to good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
•Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
•Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively.
•A portfolio showcasing UI/UX or visual design work is preferred.
•Students or recent graduates from Graphic Design, UI/UX, Communication Design, or related fields are
encouraged to apply.
