Product Development Technologist (NPD) – Sauces & Condiments
📍 Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

About Jimmy's
Jimmy's is a Mumbai-based brand specialising in mayonnaise, sauces, dips and condiments. As we expand our B2B and white-label business, we're looking for a passionate and experienced product developer to join our team and help us create products for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
Recipe Development: Creating new sauces and condiments based on client briefs.
Flavour Matching: Replicating restaurant recipes, competitor products and existing client sauces.
Product Formulation: Turning flavour concepts into commercial formulations.
Stability & Shelf Life: Developing products that remain stable and consistent over time.
Commercialisation: Scaling recipes for manufacturing at Jimmy's factory.
Capability Showcase: Conducting product demonstrations and tasting sessions for clients.
What We're Looking For:
A degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in food product development and formulation.
Experience working with sauces, mayonnaise, condiments, dressings or similar products.
Strong understanding of flavour development, formulation and product stability.
Experience taking products from initial development to commercial manufacturing.
