Production Executive

Power Jobs is urgently hiring dynamic, results-driven production professionals for a leading manufacturing client based in Hoshiarpur. Candidates with a proven background in Casting, Sheet Metal, or Forging processes are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day shop floor operations to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Supervise and coordinate manufacturing processes across assigned lines (Casting, Sheet Metal, or Forging).
Monitor machine utilization, manage line throughput, and minimize cycle times and downtime.
Enforce strict quality standards, identify defects during production runs, and implement corrective actions.
Lead and allocate tasks to machine operators, technicians, and contract labor on the shop floor.
Implement workplace safety norms, 5S practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering (or related discipline).
Experience: 2 to 7 years of hands-on floor experience in one or more of the following domains:
