Human Resources Manager

Bonus Plastics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join our team at Changodar, Ahmedabad.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete HR function for the organization
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff as well as factory/workforce requirements
• Prepare and manage monthly payroll for all employees, including attendance, leave, salary calculations, deductions and coordination for timely salary processing
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance and HR records
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity and applicable labour laws
• Coordinate with external consultants/agencies for statutory compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems and processes
• Manage performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives
• Identify training and development requirements
• Prepare regular HR MIS and manpower reports
• Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning and employee-related matters
• Build a disciplined, productive and positive workplace culture
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial company
• Experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees
• Strong understanding of payroll and statutory compliance
• Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to independently handle day-to-day HR operations
• Practical, organized and solution-oriented approach
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and HR/payroll software
