Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role based in pune . The Hairstylist will consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable styles, and provide haircuts, styling, coloring, and basic hair treatments. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized work station, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, and using salon products and tools correctly. The role involves managing client appointments, offering aftercare advice on hair maintenance, and contributing to a friendly, professional atmosphere. The Hairstylist will collaborate with the salon team to support smooth operations and help build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Hair Styling, including cutting, blow-drying, and basic to advanced styling techniques.
Knowledge of Cosmetology practices and Hair Care, including coloring, treatments, and product usage.
Demonstrated Customer Service and Communication skills to consult with clients and provide a positive experience.
Relevant certification or diploma in hairdressing or cosmetology from a recognized institute.
Experience working in a salon environment, preferably in a unisex salon setting.
Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a steady flow of client appointments.
Attention to detail, commitment to hygiene and safety standards, and willingness to learn new techniques.
