The company operates specialized teams spanning wind resource assessment, land acquisition, statutory approvals, power connectivity, and project management to ensure smooth execution. A dedicated Climate Change and Sustainability (CCS) team supports carbon credit project validation, registration, verification, and trading. The organization also emphasizes corporate social responsibility by facilitating social interventions and long-term engagement with local communities at project sites, creating sustainable value for stakeholders.
Role Description The Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of wind project activities across multiple functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing stakeholder communication, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. The role involves collaborating with internal teams working on resource assessment, land and approvals, power connectivity, and CCS, while maintaining clear documentation and performance reporting. The Manager will also contribute to process improvements, risk management, and alignment with CSR initiatives where relevant. This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective virtual collaboration and periodic coordination with on-site teams.
Qualifications
Strong project management and coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking milestones.
Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or related sectors, with familiarity in regulatory and compliance processes.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and support data-driven decision-making.
Comfort with remote work tools, documentation practices, and collaboration platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business management, or a related discipline; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
Interest in climate change, sustainability, and CSR initiatives; prior exposure to carbon credit or community engagement projects is beneficial.
