We are a Kolkata-based digital marketing agency looking for a Telecaller / Sales Caller based in Kolkata to speak with leads generated through our Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
Please apply only if you are currently based in Kolkata or nearby areas.
You do NOT need to generate leads. We provide the leads.
Your responsibility will be to contact interested prospects, understand their business requirements, explain our digital marketing services, follow up with them and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
Responsibilities
Call leads provided by our agency
Understand the prospect's business and marketing requirements
Explain our Facebook Ads, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, SEO and Website Development services
Follow up with interested prospects
Maintain basic lead/follow-up status
Coordinate with our team where required
Convert qualified prospects into paying clients
Requirements
Must be based in Kolkata or nearby
Good Bengali and Hindi communication
Basic English communication
Comfortable speaking with business owners
Previous telecalling/telesales experience preferred
Smartphone and reliable internet connection required
Comfortable working from home
Compensation
Performance / Commission-Based Role
Leads will be provided by us.
You earn commission for every prospect successfully converted into a paying client.
Commission: Up to 10% of the client's first payment, depending on the service/package.
A conversion is considered successful once payment from the client has been received by the agency.
There is currently no fixed monthly salary for this role.
