Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairdresser role based at Hairdresser and Beauty Salon in Hyderabad. The hairdresser will provide a range of services including hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences and hair types. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, recommending suitable styles and hair care solutions, maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly sanitized. The role also involves scheduling and managing appointments, supporting smooth salon operations, and contributing to a positive, welcoming client experience. The hairdresser is expected to stay updated on current trends and techniques and work closely with the salon team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Hair Styling and Hair Cutting, with the ability to work with diverse hair types and styles.
Knowledge of Hair Care techniques, including treatments, product use, and maintenance of hair health.
Cosmetology training or certification, with an understanding of basic beauty and grooming principles.
Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professional client interaction.
Previous experience in a salon or similar environment is highly preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple appointments efficiently.
Attention to hygiene, safety standards, and proper use of salon tools and products.
Willingness to learn new techniques, adapt to salon practices, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
