Role Description The Fundraising Manager is a full-time role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The individual in this role will plan, implement, and manage fundraising strategies to support INCAFO’s programs, with a focus on cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors and philanthropic partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging major donors, coordinating annual giving campaigns, preparing fundraising reports and proposals, and ensuring timely stewardship and acknowledgment of contributions. The Fundraising Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising goals with program priorities, develop compelling communication materials, and support events and outreach activities. This role also involves monitoring fundraising performance, maintaining accurate records in donor databases, and recommending improvements to strengthen the foundation’s fundraising efforts.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience working with major donors and managing donor relationships.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to draft clear proposals and donor correspondence.
Knowledge of philanthropy trends and experience collaborating with charities or nonprofit organizations.
Experience planning or managing annual giving campaigns and related fundraising initiatives.
Proven ability to set fundraising targets, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively both in person and remotely.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
