Role Description
The YouTube Video Anchor will be responsible for presenting real estate content on camera, introducing topics, explaining concepts, and engaging viewers throughout each video. Day-to-day tasks include preparing scripts or talking points, collaborating with the content and production teams, participating in video shoots, and providing feedback on thumbnails, titles, and overall video structure to maximize audience engagement. The role involves researching property-related topics, conducting occasional on-camera interviews or discussions, and maintaining a consistent on-screen presence aligned with the brand’s tone and values. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, requiring regular coordination with the in-house production and marketing teams.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-camera Communication skills, including clear articulation, confident presentation, and audience engagement.
Candidates should possess foundational Video Production and Video Editing awareness to collaborate effectively with the production team.
Candidates should possess YouTube platform knowledge, including understanding of formats, audience behavior, and best practices for growth.
Candidates should possess Marketing and content promotion awareness to help shape compelling video hooks, titles, and messaging.
Relevant qualifications such as experience in anchoring, hosting, or public speaking, familiarity with real estate or finance topics, and the ability to quickly learn complex information are beneficial.
Strong time management, professionalism on set, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Gautam Buddha Nagar are also beneficial.
