Application Engineer

Micro Mech Instruments (MMI) is looking for an Application Engineer to support installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of laboratory and engineering equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, test and commission laboratory and testing equipment.
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and instrumentation issues.
* Work with sensors, controllers, relays, valves and measurement systems.
* Assist customers during equipment installation and operation.
* Provide technical support and explain equipment operation to customers.
* Support testing of battery, EV, hydrogen, fuel-cell and automation equipment.
* Perform basic electrical wiring and mechanical assembly when required.
* Work with communication interfaces such as RS485 and Modbus.
* Prepare basic test reports and documentation.
* Coordinate with the engineering and service team.
* Travel to customer locations for installation, commissioning and service when required.
Required Skills:
* BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, EEE, ECE, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
* 0–2 years of experience; freshers can apply.
* Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Basic knowledge of sensors and instrumentation.
* Good communication skills.
* Willingness to travel for customer visits.

* PLC
* Arduino / ESP32
* RS485 / Modbus
* LabVIEW
* Sensors and instrumentation
* AutoCAD / SolidWorks
* Laboratory or industrial equipment
