Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Bhopal. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of residential and township projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with design, construction, and procurement teams; managing contractors and vendors; monitoring progress and resolving issues; and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves handling logistics and material flow, conducting site inspections, preparing status reports, and regularly communicating updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Experience as an Expeditor, with strong capabilities in Expediting materials, approvals, and vendor deliverables.
Proficiency in Inspection activities, quality checks, and adherence to building standards and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordination of material handling, inventory, and site deliveries.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience in real estate, residential construction, or township development is highly beneficial.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Familiarity with project management software and basic MS Office tools.
