📌 Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Store & Daily Operations:
Supervise daily counter and back-office operations.
Assist walk-in customers and convert counter sales.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock distribution across branches.
2️⃣ Finance & Ledger Management:
Maintain accurate daily accounting entries and generate invoices in Tally.
Oversee party ledgers and ensure timely follow-ups for outstanding collections.
Prepare routine financial reports & operational summaries.
3️⃣ Business Development & Digital Sales:
Conduct site visits to factories, industrial units, and commercial hubs.
Convert qualified B2B leads from IndiaMART, GeM Portal, and Tenders.
Run WhatsApp & Email marketing campaigns and pitch competitive pricing strategies to gain market share.
