Role Overview:
Position: Motion Designer
Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)
Salary: 30k – 45k BDT (Negotiable, based on skill & experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Your primary focus will revolve around two core areas:
Short-Form Content: Creating high-retention, snappy, and engaging motion edits for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok (sound design, pacing, kinetic typography, and smooth transitions).
SaaS & Explainer Videos: Turning complex product features, UI workflows, and tech concepts into clean, polished 2D explainer and product launch videos.
Collaborating closely with the creative team to take projects from storyboard/script to final delivery.
Tools & Software:
Primary: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
Supporting: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma
What We’re Looking For:
Solid sense of animation principles (timing, easing, spacing, and rhythm).
Proven experience creating engaging short-form video content and sleek SaaS/UI animations.
Ability to work with Figma assets and vector illustrations in After Effects.
Good ear for sound design and audio syncing to make animations hit hard.
A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant work.
