Role Description The Graphic Designer internship is a remote role that supports the Federation’s communication and branding efforts across digital and print channels. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will create visual content for social media, presentations, event materials, and campaigns, ensuring consistency with organizational branding and messaging. Responsibilities include developing and refining logos and graphic elements, preparing layouts for promotional materials, and collaborating with project teams to translate ideas into clear visual concepts. The intern will also assist with typography choices, visual storytelling, and basic asset management, while receiving guidance and feedback to build practical design experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual materials.
Experience or interest in Logo Design and Branding to support a consistent organizational identity.
Understanding of Typography and layout principles for digital and print content.
Proficiency in common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet agreed deadlines.
Attention to detail, creativity, and openness to feedback and collaboration with multicultural teams.
Interest in youth initiatives, community work, or cultural projects; familiarity with Serbian culture is an advantage but not required.
Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
