Required Skills & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
MBA in Sales/Marketing or a related field is preferred.
1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Customer-oriented approach with good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Basic proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Willingness to meet sales targets and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Prior experience in the interior industry will be an added advantage.
