Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP SD MM FICO role located in Khed. The role involves managing and optimizing SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules to support core business operations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP processes, maintaining master data, and troubleshooting system issues. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, support end users, and ensure data integrity and process compliance. The role also includes preparing documentation, conducting user training, and coordinating with external consultants or technical teams when needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Business Process understanding and Consulting skills to translate operational needs into effective SAP solutions.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements across SAP SD, MM, and FICO processes.
Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in SAP FICO with exposure to SD and MM integration for end-to-end process support.
Candidates should possess proficiency in managing Master Data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in the SAP environment.
Relevant experience in manufacturing or electronics industry SAP implementations or support is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Khed are required.
Experience with SAP implementation projects, testing, and user training will be an added advantage.
