Digital Homeez is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging content, captions, reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify new content opportunities.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
Track social media performance and prepare regular reports using relevant metrics.
Help increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and leads through organic and paid campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, etc. is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple campaigns.
