Role Description The YouTube Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for overseeing NPrep’s YouTube presence and growth. In this role, the YouTube Manager will plan and execute channel strategy, manage content calendars, coordinate with educators and creators, and ensure videos align with brand and educational objectives. Day-to-day tasks include uploading and optimizing videos, writing titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails, and monitoring analytics to improve reach, engagement, and subscriber growth. The role also involves managing community interactions through comments, live sessions, and community posts, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and learner acquisition goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in YouTube channel management, including video publishing, optimization, and analytics tracking.
Experience with content planning and strategy for educational or knowledge-based channels.
Ability to write clear, engaging copy for video titles, descriptions, tags, and community posts.
Basic proficiency in video editing tools and collaboration with design or production teams on thumbnails and visual assets.
Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, SEO for YouTube, and audience growth tactics.
Comfort with data analysis using YouTube Studio or similar tools to derive insights and recommend improvements.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with educators and internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience managing an educational, edtech, or professional training channel is an advantage.
Interest in healthcare education and supporting the career growth of nursing professionals is highly beneficial.
