Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with strong experience or specialised skills in AI orchestration, workflow design, workflow management, and related areas. Compensation for such candidates will be discussed separately based on their skills and experience.

📌 About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Web Developer (AI-Assisted) who can use modern AI coding tools to build, modify, test, and maintain websites and web-based projects.
The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in web development and be comfortable using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Antigravity, and other AI-assisted development platforms to execute real-world tasks.
You will work under technical direction and contribute to multiple projects involving:
Website development and maintenance
Static site generators
APIs and backend services
Automation and AI workflows
SEO and website optimisation
WordPress
Git-based development and deployment
This is not a role where you simply copy and paste AI-generated code. You must be able to understand the code, investigate errors, test solutions, and take responsibility for the quality of your work.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- AI-Assisted Web Development: Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and Antigravity to build, modify, test, and debug websites while reviewing AI-generated code.
- Website & Frontend Development: Develop and maintain SEO-friendly websites using Astro, Hugo, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Markdown-based workflows. Work with reusable components and responsive designs.
- Secure Application Architecture & Website Security: Follow secure coding practices and implement security-focused application architecture. Identify common vulnerabilities, protect APIs and databases, manage authentication and access controls, and ensure secure handling of user data, credentials, and third-party integrations.
- Git, Deployment & CI/CD: Use Git and GitHub for version control, assist with deployments and CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot build and hosting issues across VPS, Cloudflare, and similar environments.
- API Integration & Backend Services: Integrate REST APIs, databases, AI APIs, and third-party services using Node.js, Supabase, Neon, and related technologies. Implement proper error handling and secure integrations.
- Automation & AI Workflows: Build and troubleshoot automation workflows, connect services through APIs, and integrate AI-powered functionality. Experience with n8n is an advantage.
- SEO & WordPress: Apply on-page and technical SEO practices and assist with WordPress customisation, plugins, and website maintenance.
- Multiple Projects & Execution: Work across different projects, manage assigned tasks and deadlines, maintain organised code, and communicate progress and technical issues clearly.
🧑‍💻 Required Technical SkillsMust Have
Minimum 1 year of practical web development experience.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Working knowledge of Git and GitHub.
Experience using AI coding tools for development.
Basic knowledge of Node.js-based development.
Understanding of responsive web design and website structure.
Basic understanding of SEO.
Ability to read, understand, and modify existing code.
Ability to test and debug code.
Independent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to learn new frameworks, tools, and technologies.
Preferred / Good to Have
Experience with one or more of the following:
AI & Development: Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Antigravity, Astro, Hugo, React, Next.js, Node.js, and PHP.
APIs & Databases: REST APIs, AI API integrations, Supabase, Neon, and database integration.
Automation & Deployment: n8n, AI orchestration, workflow design, Cloudflare, VPS, CI/CD, and GitHub Actions.
WordPress & SEO: WordPress basics, Markdown workflows, static site generation, and technical SEO.
You do not need to be an expert in every technology listed above. However, you should have a strong foundation, practical learning ability, and the confidence to use AI tools to learn and implement new technologies.

Bhilai
Nearby areas of Chhattisgarh with practical access to these locations
A physical meeting will be required at least once every month.
Candidates who are not based in or near Raipur, Durg, or Bhilai should not apply.
💰 Salary & Growth Opportunities
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on practical experience.
Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with relevant advanced experience or specialised AI skills.
Candidates with expertise in AI orchestration, workflow design, workflow management, and AI-based automation may be considered for a different compensation range.
Compensation and role expectations for such candidates will be discussed during the selection process.
