Intern – QA Engineer

BISTEC is looking for a motivated Intern QA Engineer to learn and grow within our quality assurance team, gaining hands-on experience across software testing, automation, and modern QA practices.
What You'll Do
Support the QA team with AI based & Automation testing of software applications and features.
Learn and apply software testing concepts and QA standards on real projects.
Assist with test case creation, execution, and defect logging.
Get exposure to test automation tools and programming as part of the QA workflow.
Explore AI tools and technologies applied to software testing.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute within a cross-functional team.
Support day-to-day QA tasks using MS Office and other team tools.
What You'll Bring
A Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA standards.
Knowledge of test automation tools or programming is an added advantage.
Basic awareness or interest in AI tools and technologies in software testing is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong computer literacy, including MS Office tools.
Ability to work effectively as a team player.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
Exposure to test automation frameworks or scripting languages.
Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools.
Prior internship or project experience in a software team.
