📌 Key Responsibilities:
* Develop relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders & customers
* Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets
* Promote Starshield Paints & Coatings products
* Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities
* Take orders and follow up for repeat business
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends
* Maintain daily sales & market-visit reports
* Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts
👤 Candidate Requirements:
✔️ Paint, construction or building-materials sales experience preferred
✔️ Good communication, negotiation & customer-handling skills
✔️ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✔️ Willingness to travel for field/market visits
✔️ Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler
✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email & sales reporting
✔️ Own laptop for sales reporting and official communication
🔹 Position: Sales Executive – Field Sales
📍 Location: Delhi/NCR
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
🏭 Industry: Paints / Construction / Building Materials
