Most roles come with a defined lane. This one offers a view of the entire company.
We are building something ambitious, and we are looking for someone to build it alongside us: a person who sees what needs to be done and takes it forward with ownership and care.
You will work closely with the founders and gain firsthand exposure to how a company is built, from key decisions and trade-offs to execution and growth. You will not only observe this process; you will play an active role in shaping it.
What you will do
→ Drive alignment across teams. Engineering, design, and business move quickly, and you will help ensure they move in the same direction. This means tracking progress, resolving blockers, and connecting efforts across functions.
→ Help build the team. You will support hiring and coordination, helping bring in the people who will shape the future of the company.
→ Support investor relations and fundraising. From preparing materials and investor updates to participating in conversations, you will gain close exposure to how capital is raised.
→ Contribute to business development. You will help identify, pursue, and manage strategic partnerships that can meaningfully influence our growth.
→ Own critical initiatives. Some of the most important work in a startup does not belong to a single function. That work will be yours to lead.
Some weeks you may be closely following engineering progress; others, you may be in discussions with investors or partners. The variety is part of what makes this role unique.
Who we are looking for
Someone who thinks clearly and executes with speed and precision. You are comfortable working without a fixed playbook and bring structure where there is none. You communicate well with people across functions, whether engineers, designers, or investors, and you take ownership naturally, without needing to be asked.
Experience: 0–3 years. Exceptional freshers are warmly encouraged to apply. We value how you think and what you have done, whether in college, personal projects, or professional work, more than the length of your résumé.

This is a demanding role with high expectations and real responsibility. It is fast-paced and not tightly structured.
