Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Java Software Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Java Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, focusing on robust, scalable software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing and integrating microservices, working with the Spring Framework ecosystem, and troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, optimizing application performance, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Software Development and Programming, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining applications.
Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring MVC) for developing backend services and APIs.
Experience designing and implementing Microservices-based architectures, including service integration and communication.
Understanding of software engineering best practices such as version control (e.g., Git), testing, debugging, and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases, RESTful services, and basic DevOps concepts is beneficial.
Experience in Agile methodologies and exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
