Serb Experience is Serb’s global learning and developer platform — where the people who will build in low-altitude airspace come to learn, build, and teach.
We’re looking for a Programme & Growth Lead to own Serb Experience end to end and grow it into a scalable, revenue-generating platform.
What You’ll Do
Research, identify, and sign expert instructors and Expert Builders
Build and manage a strong pipeline of experts, creators, and partners
Turn expert knowledge into high-quality courses, cohorts, and learning programmes
Coordinate course production with freelance video, design, content, and administrative specialists
Run marketing campaigns, direct sales, and learner acquisition activities
Build institutional partnerships with universities, government entities, employers, training organisations, and other partners
Develop proposals, bulk-seat offers, and partnership packages
Own the marketing and sales funnel, revenue targets, and performance tracking
Manage Serb Experience programmes from concept through launch, delivery, and growth
Build repeatable processes, documentation, and systems that support scale
What We’re Looking For
6–8+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience across at least two of the following areas:
Business development, sales, or partnerships
Digital marketing or growth
Learning, e-learning, or content production
A proven track record of owning and achieving revenue or sales targets
Experience sourcing and signing experts, creators, instructors, or strategic partners
Experience taking programmes, products, or learning offers from concept through launch
Experience developing and closing institutional or B2B partnerships
Strong communication, commercial writing, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Strong English proficiency
Nice to Have
Experience in drones, UAS, UTM, Advanced Air Mobility, aerospace, AI/data/software, security, defence, or another related technical field.
Experience with learning-management platforms such as LearnWorlds, Teachable, Thinkific, Moodle, or similar platforms is also an advantage.
