Key Responsibilities
Lead the 12-month rolling demand forecast, incorporating sales trends, promotions, new launches and product discontinuations.
Drive S&OP meetings with Sales, Marketing and Finance to align demand, supply and business priorities.
Oversee supply and purchase planning to balance product availability, inventory levels and working capital.
Coordinate with brand principals and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and resolve supply constraints.
Manage inventory allocation and rebalancing across channels to maintain service levels and minimize excess stock.
Drive preventive and corrective actions to reduce slow-moving, obsolete (SLOB) and near-expiry inventory.
Monitor forecast accuracy, service levels and inventory KPIs, identify business risks and implement improvement plans.
Lead and develop the planning team while improving planning processes, data quality and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 10 years of demand and supply planning experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong experience in purchase planning, inventory management and SLOB reduction, preferably in beauty, FMCG, retail or distribution.
Practical SAP experience and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading S&OP discussions.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
Proactive, structured and adaptable, with sound commercial judgment.
