Role Description The Senior Dotnet Developer will work full time on-site at the Gurugram office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC, implementing object-oriented design principles, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting complex issues across the software stack. The Senior Dotnet Developer will mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural discussions, and help define best practices and standards for the development team. The position also includes coordinating with product owners and QA engineers to deliver features on time and ensure robust testing and deployment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming skills, with the ability to design and implement modular, maintainable code.
Candidates should possess solid Software Development experience, including application lifecycle management, debugging, and performance optimization.
Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in .NET Core, with experience building and maintaining backend services and APIs.
Candidates should possess practical experience with ASP.NET MVC for developing secure, scalable web applications.
Candidates should have experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server), version control systems (e.g., Git), and RESTful services.
Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
Candidates should ideally have experience mentoring other developers, contributing to technical design, and participating in agile development practices.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
