EXPERIENCE & PROFILE
8+ years of sales experience with luxury hotels, palaces, resorts or heritage properties.
Strong Delhi-NCR network, particularly among HNI / UHNI clients, business families, luxury travel advisors and wedding planners.
Experience in luxury leisure, weddings, private celebrations, retreats and buyouts.
Good understanding of high-ADR luxury sales and protecting the positioning of a property.
Strong personal relationships and the ability to bring business through them.
Polished, well presented and comfortable dealing with discerning clientele.
Discreet, mature and confident in handling senior clients and partners.
Willing to travel regularly for key meetings and relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build the Delhi-NCR business for Qila Tatarpur.
Develop and manage a select group of key accounts and relationships.
Bring in luxury leisure, weddings, retreats, private celebrations and buyouts.
Maintain close relationships with important clients, travel advisors and wedding partners.
Identify new opportunities and convert them into quality business.
Work with Revenue, Marketing and Operations on important accounts and events.
Protect ADR, positioning and the quality of business.
Review sales activity, pipeline and account performance regularly
