### Position: Recruiter
*Location:* Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad
*Experience:* 0–2 Years
*Department:* Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
### Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through *Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking*.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial *telephonic/online interviews*.
* Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, offers, and joining formalities.
* Handle *end-to-end recruitment* for manufacturing and consulting/corporate positions.
* Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment *MIS in Keka HRMS*.
* Track recruitment status, interview feedback, offers, and joining.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
### Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* *0–2 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience*; freshers with relevant internship experience may be considered.
* Basic knowledge of sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes.
* Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
* Working knowledge of *Naukri, LinkedIn, MS Office, and Keka HRMS*.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
