Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will develop, write, and design engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social channels. This full-time, on-site role in Dwarka involves planning and executing content calendars, creating posts, short videos, stories, and reels, and coordinating with the design and performance marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment. The role includes monitoring trends, identifying content opportunities, optimizing posts based on analytics, and actively engaging with online communities through comments, messages, and collaborations. The Social Media Content Creator will also support campaign brainstorming, contribute to brand storytelling, and help report on content performance to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, graphic layouts, and copywriting for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Experience in social media strategy and planning, including content calendars, campaign concepts, and platform-specific best practices.
Ability to use design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software) to produce polished visual content.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including engagement metrics, reach, impressions, and conversion-focused content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, brand-aligned messaging.
Strong research skills to identify trends, audience insights, and relevant topics across industries.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a digital agency or social media role is preferred; familiarity with AI-powered tools for content and analytics is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
