Role Description The Application Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that support NEARconnekt’s products and client projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gorakhpur and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement features, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, integrating applications with databases and external systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and optimizing application performance. The Application Developer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and stay current with emerging tools and technologies relevant to the role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in building and maintaining applications.
Candidates should possess solid understanding of Databases, including designing schemas, writing queries, and managing data securely and efficiently.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Candidates should possess experience with Integration, including connecting applications to APIs, third-party services, and internal systems.
Relevant experience with common programming languages (such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar) and modern development frameworks.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work effectively on-site in Gorakhpur, collaborate with team members, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
