About the Role
Compass Consult is building an innovative AI product for the EPC domain. We are seeking a Technical Lead who will set the technical tone in line with the product’s vision, mentor engineers, fine-tune architecture, and instil best coding practices across the team.

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Lead and mentor AI Engineers working with Python, FastAPI & Microservices and Full Stack Developers
• Define and refine scalable, high-performance system architectures
• Review and approve merge requests while maintaining code quality and best practices
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide hands-on technical guidance
• Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, testing, Docker & Kubernetes practices
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to align technology with business goals
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience as a Team Lead / Technical Lead / Senior Engineer with mentoring responsibilities
• Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI & Microservices Architecture
• Ability to guide and mentor Full Stack Developers
• Experience with AWS/Azure, CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
