Job Description
Your Role
Deploy, integrate, and support cloud platform environments using OpenStack and containerized solutions for telecommunications customers.
Perform platform installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational support from deployment through production.
Investigate and resolve incidents through JIRA, collaborating with global teams to ensure service continuity.
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks to automate deployment, configuration, and operational tasks.
Monitor platform performance and system health using Prometheus and Grafana, while participating in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
Required
Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting in cloud environments.
Experience working with OpenStack, containers, and cloud platform deployments.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience with Ansible automation, configuration management, and operational support activities.
Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
