WE ARE HIRING | SALES & E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE
Nayan Sukh Exclusive is hiring a motivated Sales & E-commerce Executive to help grow our online luxury eyewear business.
What you’ll do:
• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries & website leads
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders
• Explain eyewear products, brands, offers & services
• Manage customer follow-ups and abandoned carts
• Support Instagram/Facebook and digital marketing activities
• Coordinate with our e-commerce team to improve online sales
What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Good sales and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & e-commerce
• Customer-focused and target-oriented
• Previous telecalling / sales / e-commerce experience preferred
Location: Ranchi
