💼 Position Summary
As a Global HR Recruiter specializing in international hires, you will be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent for our diverse global client base.
Your expertise in recruitment strategies, cultural awareness, and international hiring practices will be pivotal in identifying the best candidates from various industries and geographies.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Sourcing
Utilize job portals such as Indeed, NaukriGulf, and LinkedIn to identify and attract high-caliber international candidates.
Proactively engage with potential candidates through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.
2. International Recruitment
Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to global markets and client needs.
Stay updated on international hiring trends, legal requirements, and cultural sensitivities to ensure effective recruitment practices.
✨ Who We’re Looking For
Strategic thinker with a global mindset and cultural sensitivity.
Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Adaptable and resourceful in navigating the complexities of international recruitment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport across cultures.
Ability to work a 5-day week: Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM, with alternate Saturdays off.
