Job Description
Your Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our IT recruitment efforts. This role will provide hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, helping identify, attract, and engage top technology talent while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experience.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and technology-related positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and identifies candidates aligned with technical and business requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist with candidate pipeline management and talent mapping activities.
Support recruitment reporting and market intelligence research.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Your Profile:
Student in the final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and IT recruitment.
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
