Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves promoting the company’s products, managing sales activities, and building relationships with existing and potential customers. The specialist will conduct market research, develop and execute marketing campaigns, and support product positioning in target markets. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing product information and support to customers, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing regular sales and marketing reports. The role may also involve participating in training sessions, trade shows, field visits, and other promotional events to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, product education, and capacity building for customers or team members.
Relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in agriculture or related industries.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and travel locally as needed for client meetings and field activities.
Proficiency with basic office software and sales reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and time management abilities.
