Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging technical training sessions to college students.
Explain concepts clearly using practical examples and coding exercises.
Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct coding tests and evaluate student performance.
Help students improve their technical and problem-solving skills.
Follow the college-specific training curriculum and schedule.
Provide feedback on student progress and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interactive CRT training sessions for college students.
Prepare and deliver topic-wise training content.
Conduct practice tests, assessments, and mock placement activities.
Help students improve their aptitude, reasoning, communication, and interview skills.
Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students for company-specific placement assessments.
Maintain professionalism and punctuality during training programs.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Strong knowledge of the respective subject/domain.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Ability to handle classroom training effectively.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Prior training/teaching experience is preferred.
Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also be considered.
Trainers should be willing to travel to college locations as required.
