The role of the Strategic Sourcing/ Procurement Intern, is to support the Strategic Sourcing Department, assist in supplier relationship management, project implementations and negotiation processes with manufacturers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure the implementation of approved procurement contracts
Lead commercial negotiations and draft contractual agreements with suppliers
Perform financial analysis on supplier proposals and RFPs for various projects, products, and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to solve problems and guarantee high-quality, reliable sources of supply and information
Facilitate communication with hotels, suppliers, and internal departments
Assist in the processes for new supplier and product approvals
Profile Required
Degree/Diploma/Specialization in Supply Chain Management
Interest in the procurement function
Analytical mindset with Excell proficiency
Proactive and self-motivated
Highly organized, responsible and accountable
Resilient and adaptable
Excellent communication skills
Ability to think outside the box
Fluent in English – any other languages are desired
The position will be located in the Radisson Hotel Group Office in Delhi, and report directly to the Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager.
