Simcorp Dimension Consultant

CRole Summary
Seeking an Asset Management professional with experience in SimCorp Dimension Compliance Manager and a strong understanding of investment compliance processes. The candidate will support compliance rule configuration, testing, system implementation, data migration, and production support activities while working closely with Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support configuration and maintenance of compliance rules within Sim Corp Compliance Manager.
Assist in translating investment guidelines, regulatory requirements, and client mandates into system-based compliance controls.
Support implementation of:
Pre-trade compliance monitoring
Post-trade compliance monitoring
Compliance breach detection and reporting
Exception management processes
Participate in data migration, testing, and rollout activities.
Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
Investigate compliance breaches and assist in issue resolution.
Prepare business documentation, test cases, and user guides.
Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.
Required Experience
5 - 18 years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Operations, Compliance, or Capital Markets.
Exposure to investment compliance concepts and portfolio restrictions.
Hands-on experience or exposure to SimCorp Dimension Compliance Manager is preferred.
Experience in one or more of the following:
Compliance Rule Configuration
Testing (SIT/UAT)
Data Migration
System Integration
Application Support
Desired Skills
Understanding of investment products such as Equities, Fixed Income, ETFs, Mutual Funds, and Derivatives.
Knowledge of client mandate restrictions and regulatory compliance processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to SQL, data analysis, and reconciliation activities.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Asset Management platforms such as SimCorp, Charles River, Aladdin, or Sentinel.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as UCITS, AIFMD, or ESG-related restrictions.
Experience working in implementation, upgrade, or support projects within Asset Management organizations.

A motivated consultant with foundational Asset Management knowledge and exposure to SimCorp Compliance Manager, capable of supporting compliance rule implementation, testing, system rollout, and production support activities as part of a broader compliance transformation team.
