The Role
Handle Complex Litigation Matters: Manage complex cases from inception through trial, developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and advocating effectively on behalf of clients in high-stakes proceedings.
Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
