Job Description
As a Senior Manager or Director, your areas of responsibility are likely to include the following, although the exact scope may vary depending on the client, project, and business needs:
Lead and deliver SAP Supply Chain implementation projects, ensuring client needs are met and processes are optimized.
Architect, design, and improve SAP solutions, providing clients with modern and scalable planning systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design blueprints, implement, test, and document solutions.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to optimize supply chain performance
Mentor and guide project teams, encouraging professional growth and collaboration.
Develop the Swedish SAP practies with the leadership group
Guide and coach junior colleagues and project teams, supporting their professional growth and fostering collaboration.
Your most important attributes we’d like to see are:
Being the expert of one or several SAP Supply Chain modules and process areas such as EWM, IM, WM, TM, Production Planning (PPDS or PPQM), GTS.
Experience as an SAP Supply Chain SME / SAP Project Manager in transformation projects.
A good understanding of end-to-end business processes, SAP best practices, and latest industry trends.
A good understanding of the SAP product roadmap and experience of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP technologies.
Experience from SAP Public or SAP Privat Cloud
A deep understanding of various phases of project lifecycle and a good understanding of relevant delivery methods for SAP (waterfall, hybrid agile, agile)
Have a team player attitude and hunger to develop new professional skills.
To help you succeed in the role, we are looking for:
Hold a master’s degree or similar relevant educational background
7-10 years of relevant SAP experience - preferably across multiple industries.
Experience in leading and/or coordinating your own stream.
Have sales/pre-sales experience working with multiple large clients both with business and IT stakeholders.
Ability to conceptualize and communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable manner.
Be fluent in both written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Swedish language seen as a strong advantage.
